Borello Asset Management, Inc., through its partnership with Juniper Square, provides it's investors an online platform to view and execute all property specific syndication documents online including; TIC Agreements, LLC documents, Private Placement Memorandums, Subscription Agreements and Accredited Investor Certifications.
Each investor is issued a user specific login that provides them access to their unique investor portal. The investor portal provides our investors an overview of their investments, funds invested, syndications invested in, past and present property distributions, monthly and annual statements. The investor portal houses all property related documentation needed for tax filing including, annual K-1's.
