Chris has experience with entitlement, land development partnership formations, asset management, institutional apartment acquisitions and dispositions, property management, tenant relations and commercial brokerage.
Chris has represented over $225,000,000 dollars worth of real estate sales including, raw land sales, institutional multifamily apartment communities and subdivision tracts.
Chris' roots are in farming, specifically sweet cherries. He owns and operates numerous cherry orchards throughout Silicon Valley and his fruit is distributed throughout the world.
Chris enjoys skiing with his wife and three kids in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
